Presentation Types

• IFA Major Panel Discussions (Special invitation only)
  • Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes



• Panel Discussions
  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Abstract submissions must outline the chairs, topics and proposed speakers / presenters for the session
  • Sessions will be grouped by topics and assigned to the days featuring the specific themes



• Paper Presentations
  • Duration: 12 minutes
  • Paper presentations will take place in breakout rooms throughout the Conference. Papers will be grouped by topics and assigned to the days featuring the specific themes.



• Poster Presentations
  • Duration: Half an hour during tea breaks
  • Poster authors will be required to stand with their posters to answer questions from registrants during the tea breaks on days featuring their specific themes. For example, a poster on healthcare would mean that the poster presenter will present his or her poster during tea breaks only on the 7th September where the theme is "Healthcare".
    
     
• Video Presentations
  • Duration: 13 - 15 minutes (including questions)
  • The video should be no longer than 10 minutes
  • Video presenters will be required to answer questions after their videos are played. Videos will be grouped by topics and assigned to the days featuring the specific themes.
