We have the following Privacy Policy with respect to information gathered on the IFA 7th Global Conference Web pages. The Conference Secretariat has received such information pursuant to your request that services, such as registration for Conference packages, exhibition booths, etc., be made available to you.

The terms "we" and "us" are used to refer to the IFA 7th Global Conference Organising Committee.




THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

This notice applies to any and all information collected from the Conference Web site or submitted to the Conference Secretariat at any time through any web pages that are hyperlinked to the Conference Web pages or site.

Personally Identifiable Information—When visiting the Conference website, you may be asked to supply us with information that identify you personally.

For registration for Conference packages, this information may include your name and contact information, gender, occupation and industry, billing information, credit card numbers and other payment details and any other information we may deemed necessary.

For sponsors and exhibitors, this information may include your name and contact information, the organization information, payment information, and user comments or remarks, etc.

No one else shall have access to these information except the Conference Secretariat or the Conference Organising Committee.




USE OF INFORMATION

We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include compilation of Conference mailing list, processing Conference registration packages, sponsorship packages and exhibition packages, processing submission of abstracts, replying to support requests, or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so.

Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we would not share this information with outside parties without your permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer or to comply in responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings.

We may also use the information you provide about yourself to inform you of updates on the Conference. We may also use the demographic but not personally identifiable information to target content and commerce opportunities.

We would never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
